Operations Associate

We are currently seeking a highly organized self-starter to join our growing team as an Operations Associate. The successful candidate will report to the firm’s Operations Manager and support the firm’s Client Service Teams across trading, record keeping and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Record Keeping and Accounting

  • Update existing client records in database for valuations and capital changes
  • Analyze and interpret client fund transactions and capital activity
  • Review internal trade tickets and enter trades with the firm’s custodians
  • Reconcile trades to compliance trade logs ensuring all required information is on file
  • Create and issue client confirmations and quarterly statement reports
  • Monitor Cash and execute wire instructions from advising client consulting teams
  • Set up custodian trading sheets for review each month
  • Maintain updated processes and procedures for the team
  • Maintain relationships with outside administrators/mangers
  • Oversee operational activity for firm’s funds-of-funds (Access Fund operations)

Client Service Team Support

  • Assist client consulting teams with on-boarding new clients into the firm’s reporting system
  • Loading and maintaining new investments into the firm’s reporting system
  • Assistance with report generation – focus on customized reports when requested
  • Trouble shooting for staff when they encounter client administrative and reporting issues
  • Assist with collection and maintenance of KYC documents
