To request funding from the foundation and/or to be considered as a beneficiary of the Prime Quadrant Conference, please send a one-page summary to PQfoundation@primequadrant.com. The one-page summary should include a short overview of the hospital, the use of funds, the amount requested, and an explanation why your organization should be chosen above others.
Please trust that we review all proposals. Though, due to the volume of requests we receive, we will only respond to candidates whose proposals we are able and inclined to support. The Prime Quadrant Foundation administrator will evaluate each funding request on its own merit and makes decisions with careful consideration.
The Prime Quadrant Foundation is a registered charity under the registration number 82029 2993 RR0001. All contributions are fully tax deductible and donations are made only to Canadian registered charities.
While we do not solicit donations, the Principals of Prime Quadrant have indicated that in lieu of other gifts (e.g. life-cycle gifts, holiday gifts, thank-you gifts), they would welcome donations be the Prime Quadrant foundation in their honour.
